GETTING INVOLVED
An important aspect of fully participating in parish life is through a sharing of time and talents. We ask that you prayerfully consider one or more of the ministries and/or organizations in the list below.
To become involved in any aspect of the parish, or for further information about a ministry, please feel free to contact the pastor Father Michael Corcione at 905.851.3600 or you may email him at mcorcione@saintpetersparish.com.
We will help you find a way to use your gifts for the greater glory of God and the good of our community. Share your time, talents, and treasures and respond to your baptismal call!
Liturgical Ministries
Among the liturgical ministries available to the laity are: altar servers, lectors, ministers of communion, sacristans, ushers, musicians and those who decorate our worship space.
Lay Groups
Here at St. Peter’s, we have three lay groups: The Knights of Columbus, Order Franciscan Secular (Third Order) and the St. Peter’s Prayer Group. Please see our dedicated pages on our web site for information on any one of these groups.
Dominican Republic Mission
Every year a group of volunteers is organized for the Dominican Republic Mission, a week long relief effort for refugees of the bateyes of the Dominican Republic. For detailed information, please visit our Dominican Republic Mission page.
